NEW IL Helpline Toolkit: The Illinois Helpline for Opioids and Other Substances announced the launch of START MOUD (Support & Toolkits for Advancing Recovery & Treatment through Medications for Opioid Use Disorder). START MOUD provides free resources for Illinois-based clinicians who wish to being treating patients using Buprenorphine for opioid use disorder. Visit IL Helpline to explore and learn more. COVID-19 Mitigation Housing Resource: A Safe Haven, in partnership with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH), can provide a FREE temporary place for individuals testing positive for COVID-19 to quarantine at A Safe Haven’s isolation center. You can make referrals to A Safe Haven in REDCap by visiting COVID-19 Temporary Quarantine. In the referral form, please respond to the questions where possible to help ensure patients have access to medication as soon as possible after being transferred. This information is also available to you at Chicago COVID-19 Isolation Facilities.
