We are pleased to share below a recently released report entitled, Messaging to Support A Behavioral Health Continuum of Care, published by the National Association of Counties (NACo) in partnership with the National Association of County Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Directors (NACBHDD).
The Champaign County Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Boards were recognized as one of several select examples of success stories and innovative examples from across the country. One of the notable initiatives highlighted is the DISABILITY Resource Expo event co-hosted by the Champaign County Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Boards. The DISABILITY Resource Expo connects people with disabilities to resources and builds connections between the I/DD community, service providers and public service organizations.
