Dear Stakeholders:

Last Friday, the Division announced that ROCS version 6.11 was to be launched and that provider agencies should use this version to submit January billings. Unfortunately, due to the snowstorm, the launch of ROCS version 6.11 was postponed. The launch will now occur this week. We will let provider agencies know when it is ready. In the interim if you are using ROCS version 6.10 you will be fine for billing all services on and after January 1, 2022.

However, please do NOT bill or rebill for any services prior to December 31, 2021, until the new ROCS version 6.11 is available and has been installed by your agency. Billing or rebilling, particularly for such services as community day services (CDS), will result in incorrect reimbursement. Then you will be required to rebill after you have installed ROCS version 6.11 to receive the correct reimbursement amounts.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the delay of the latest version of ROCS is causing.

On a related note, please remember all former 65H (CSLA), Intermittent CILA (ICILA) and Family ICILA funded individuals are now authorized under the new Hourly ICILA Bill Codes 61H, 62H and 63H as of January 1, 2022. Your agency must now bill all individuals who are authorized for Hourly ICILA under these new bill codes as of January 1, 2022. Billing under the old bill codes of 65H or 60D for Hourly ICILA individuals will result in billing errors and non-payment. If you have questions, please refer to the Information Bulletin posted on the DDD Website for Hourly ICILA, Intermittent CILA (ICILA) Services and Supports Clarification of Program Scope and Billing (DD.22.002).
