Non-Competitive Grant Opportunities

The deadline to submit the required application materials for these Non-Competitive programs is April 3, 2026, 12:00 PM (Noon) Central Time. These Non-Competitive programs are limited to those who currently have an award for this program. Therefore, current grantees who wish to continue/renew their current grant for FY27 for the following programs must complete application and budget materials per the instructions on the IDHS: Substance Use Prevention & Recovery Grants FY 2027 website at https://www.dhs.state.il.us/page.aspx?item=176565. Any questions must be emailed to DHS.DBHR.GrantApp@Illinois.gov. The anticipated start date for these grants is July 1, 2026.
