Madison County and St. Clair County Mental Health Boards, in partnership with Chorus Innovations, extend an invitation to attend a Behavioral Health Crisis Care Continuum: Coordination of Care Workshop, facilitated by the Chorus Innovations team.

Objectives:

• Overview of best practices for multi-organizational system/solution development
• Use Case: Share out of Madison / St. Clair Counties’ collaborative workshop mapping their proposed Crisis Care Continuum project
• Group discussion about Madison / St. Clair Counties’ proposed project approach as it relates to other county / regional needs
